Who We Are
Rush2CSC — also operating as Rush2CTCorp — is a licensed and bonded process serving company based in Sacramento, California. We were founded with a single focus: to make it fast, simple, and reliable for law firms to serve lawsuits and legal documents on Fortune 500 companies and their registered agents throughout California.
We specialize in serving registered agents — the official legal representatives that corporations designate to receive lawsuits, subpoenas, and other court filings on their behalf. Our team makes daily runs to all major registered agent offices in Sacramento and Southern California, including Corporation Service Company (CSC) at 2710 Gateway Oaks Drive Suite 150N, Sacramento CA 95833; CT Corporation System at 330 N. Brand Blvd. Suite 700, Glendale CA 91203; Northwest Registered Agent; National Registered Agents Inc. (NRAI); Parasec; ZenBusiness; and the California Secretary of State.
Every service attempt is GPS-verified and documented with a court-ready proof of service that meets California court requirements. We serve law firms of all sizes — from solo practitioners to large litigation departments — who need a reliable, responsive partner for their process serving needs.
What We Do
Rush2CSC handles the entire process serving workflow so your firm can focus on the case. When you submit an order, we:
- Print your documents (first 15 pages free, then $0.10/page)
- Identify the correct registered agent office for the defendant corporation
- Deliver documents to the registered agent on your timeline
- Provide GPS-verified, court-ready proof of service
- Send electronic confirmation and documentation to your firm
We serve corporations across every industry — banks, insurance companies, tech companies, healthcare systems, retailers, airlines, utilities, and more. If a company does business in California, it has a registered agent, and we know exactly where to find them.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Rush2CSC charges a flat $79 for On Demand service — documents served within 72 hours (usually sooner). For urgent matters, our Expedited service is $99 and delivers same-day or next-morning. There are no hidden fees. Document printing is included for the first 15 pages per serve; additional pages are $0.10 each. Notarization of proof of service is available for an additional $35.
Payment is accepted via Zelle at (916) 699-3397 or by invoice. We work with law firms on account billing for recurring clients.
